قال تافيس بتلر، مدير عام وحدة الشركات الكبيرة فى لينوفو الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا، إن الشركة أطلقت أول حاسوب لوحى مصمم خصيصاً لنظام ويندوز 8، وهو الحاسوب اللوحى ThinkPad Tablet 2.

وأوضح بتلر، أن الحاسب يحتوى على محول رقمى اختيارى وقلم للإدخال الدقيق، واتصالاً بالجيل الثالث مع خاصية الوصول المحمولة، وخطط الدفع حسب الاستخدام، فضلا عن طرازات تدعم الجيل الرابع، إلى جانب مزايا أمنية مثل قارئ بصمات الأصابع وإدارة تقنية المعلومات والخدمات والدعم على مستوى الشركات.
